No pneumonia, patient is well-appearing
- If reliable caregiver and good oral intake, send home without antibiotics and 24-48 hr recheck (Class III)
- Provide instructions to isolate/quarantine per CDC guidelines if COVID- positive (Class III)
- No reliable caregiver or poor oral intake
- Admit; consider further testing as clinically indicated
