Does the patient meet criteria for HACE?
Yes
Treat for HACE:
- Rapid descent (Class I)
- Give supplemental oxygen (Class I)
- Use portable hyperbarics (Class II)
- Dexamethasone (Class II)
- Give supportive care, as needed
