Action
- Initiate antiviral treatment based on local strain and susceptibility patterns (Class I if initiated <48 hours of onset of illness, Class II if >48 hours)
- Perform confirmatory testing (viral culture, PCR) due to high false-positive rate when disease prevalence is low (Class I)
