- Discharge to lead-free environment
- All patients who are discharged with BLL ≥3.5 mcg/dL should have:
- Close follow-up
- Consider iron supplementation (Class I)
- Home evaluation for lead source
- Neurodevelopmental evaluation for BLL ≥20 mcg/dL
No
- Consider admission
