Steps for Airway Rescue

1. Reposition airway, perform jaw thrust and Larson maneuver

2. Apply bag-mask ventilation
3. Insert airway adjunct (eg, OPA, NPA)
4. Consider deepening sedation if laryngospasm suspected
5. Administer paralytic and perform tracheal intubation
6. Consider applying local anesthetic to glottis if laryngospasm suspected
7. Perform surgical airway
